Activemark 2008
We are very pleased to announce that our School has been awarded Activemark 2006, which rewards exceptional delivery of the National School Sport Strategy.
Any school which has achieved the Activemark had to achieve the following:
- 90% or more of pupils across the school were doing 2 hours of PE and Sport
- The school held a sports day
- The school met or bettered the national average for the range of sports it offers
We will be continuing with our practice of inviting external teachers to come and train with our children after our very successful rugby and multi-skills sessions during last term. We are currently participating in netball and football sessions every week.
